Rejected Remove from ADMIN TEAM | ARJ Pluxury

Hello Curator of Project,
Yesterday i have been removed from Admin team after a week because of my Twink ban.

I got GR 1.8 recently where after applying i got my main wiped and twink perma BAN. Just because of 1 SOLAR, still mistake is a mistake a agree that.

After my main got unbanned, I DM to ARJ Pluxury to ask that if I can apply or not? You said not now keep punishment history clean and then apply.

In my MAIN i have only 1 warning in these 2year in Grand RP.

I did interview and got selected! After being Assistant Administrator I did all my very best, daily more than 8-10 hours i was doing my tickets.
I made a good connection with all the team, you can ask them how was my activity in my Admin team with my RP life.

After 1week doing all while im having Fever for past 2days, still gave my best. now I got removed, why? Just because my TWINK is Banned.

Why now? I have full pure intention from the start till now to help people in city , for only 1 solar i got banned and now i also got removed from Admin Team after doing my all, is it fair ?

ARJ told me to have Approval from Higherups to get in team again,You can ask him regarding my activities also for ensuring my statements. I sincerely request you to think and reconsider about this issue.
People do mistakes and I learned from mu mistakes also proved that im capable to being in this team.

Please help and look into this matter !

My point of view is, its not like i got removed after i got banned.

I got banned 17 days ago, then i applied for Administrator , did interview and also Passed.
Got into admin team, worked Hard and now i got removed from it.
