2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific Organization?
I have Great experience in SAHP, FIB, NG, GOV, EMS and LSPD also. I worked as High Command Position Like COS, HOD & DHOD in LSPD, FIB, and SAHP. Last time I worked in NG as LT. General & as a General in Temporay Term. So I learn about it how to lead a organisation and how to communicate with other legal organisation. So far I have not done anything that displeased my superiors.
I plan to achieve this by offering high bonuses and weekly promotions to officers who contribute significantly to the organization. Additionally, I aim to inspire new players who are interested in RP by showcasing our Leo team's exceptional work ethic and dedication.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I want to transform the LSPD into not only the most recognized police department in our city but also the most secured department as well. To help our new officers more, I will select the best Human resorces (HR) who will interact with them during their training period and provide support whenever they needed. Lastly, to encourage staff members to perform well, I will implement a new bonus structure that is based on weekly performance and achievement of set targets. I think the LSPD is one of the most active organizations in the city and LSPD always ready to protect the city and my aim is LSPD to be more active and crime free and hope i can do my best for it.
========THE DEPARTMENTS========
1. Human Resources : Their job entails a range of challenging responsibilities, such as recruiting and training officers for the LSPD, ensuring that the officers perform their duties with excellence. Besides, they also assist the IA team in approving LOAs, reviewing logs, and monitoring the activity levels of officers. If an officer makes a mistake, the IA team reports the matter to the HR team, who is responsible for taking corrective actions.
2. Internal Affairs : Their job is undeniably challenging as they are responsible for ensuring that the LSPD adheres to the legislation and rules established by its leaders. They meticulously investigate even the slightest issues within the LSPD to ensure that it operates transparently. In short, their role is crucial in maintaining a clear and lawful organization.
3.Parking Enforcement : This department important role in both enforcing parking regulations and helping new officers gain valuable experience. Towing illegally parked vehicles can be an important part of maintaining order and safety on the streets, and having a dedicated department for this task can ensure that it is done efficiently and effectively. help new officers to climb the ladder within Organization.
4. Special Weapon and Tactics [ S.W.A.T] : Their primary duty involves responding to situations that require the use of force to bring them under control. In my opinion, the S.W.A.T team should also collaborate with the Secret Service to safeguard VIPs, particularly leaders. Additionally, they should receive regular training, utilizing resources such as the shooting range at NG [Arena] or even visiting an aircraft carrier for training to make the process more enjoyable and effective.
