hi i received a punishment for GR 6.6 + Fail RP

i know that i deserve GR 6.6 but Fail RP for what he didnt give me any demand or something and i can t run from the situation or it will be GR 6.2
and the ID 146087 is clearly cheating he Changed the rate of fire of revo ammo u can hear the revolver sound on min 2:15 and minute 2:32 please check that
