Dear Chief Admin,

I hope you’re doing well. I am reaching out regarding a recurring issue with our Grand RP account (ID: 170401) that has resulted in multiple punishments. We have received penalties three times for the same matter, and we believe there may be a misunderstanding.

We kindly ask you to review our case and help resolve this situation as soon as possible. We would appreciate it if you could kindly remove the ban. We value being part of the Grand RP community and want to ensure we adhere to all guidelines moving forward.

And my warning got removed still not unbanned !
