2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Being a Law Enforcer through and through enriched me with countless attributes and experience, rising from the bottom to the top. Having tasted every aspect of the state side, gaining the ability to roleplay profusely in different scenarios. Leading State Orgs and commanding within them gives me great confidence to move forward. Not only this, but being apart of many gangs in the past, familiar with all the background and nature of the crime section as well as curating them as administrator. I have all the abilities and skills to be able to lead an org, and is an org that I will put my 101% effort turning it into the best in the servers current climate.
Second reason why I want to lead Ballas is because of the highly experienced friends and people behind me, from gang members to turfers that will be there to make sure that there is no other competition, and to take over 100% territories. Turf team will consist of the best shooters who have experience of winning back to back 100% seasons cross servers and undoubtedly will produce the same again on Server EN03.
In order to become successful, i will make sure we win every event and are setting the standards for anyone else. The ghetto scene at the moment is very boring and I want to change that drastically. The current style of roleplay between gangs and Leos seems very repetitive and predictable, which often makes it boring for both gangs and cops. I want to change the way of Roleplay by implementing strategies, workarounds, tactics and ideas I have picked up during my time as player and Admin. This why they will always be a unique approach to events such as store robberies and hostage situations, as well as clever tactics to beat cops in subs and etc.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
> I want to instil a unqiue ways of Roleplaying towards LEOs
> Have my members in check and attending events
> Creating events in locations that are rarely used or never been used before
> Having an org where we know how to communicate with each other which will eventually win us events
