On 26-10-2024, I experienced high packet loss, which caused reconnection issues during an event. After my character died, I was on reconnection screen while someone was attempting to patch me. The person recorded this and filed a complaint, alleging that I was pressing F1 to gain an advantage. As a long-time player, I know that after dying, I would simply respawn at the last location dead.

Once reconnected, the player patched me, and I explained the situation in OOC chat, clarifying the disconnection was due to network issues. However, he insisted on reporting me regardless and this scenario is not covered in his proof

i don't have POV of this stuff but the allegations on me is not true. can you please ask the full POV from that person.
also i have some strong points to prove myself:

1. if i really wanted to get out of situation why would i come back within fractions of seconds. which justifies my network issue problem
2. I know that after dying, I would simply respawn at the last location dead. which justifies i didn't pressed f1

I apologize for not having POV its hard for my system to handle recording + GTA5.
its also visible that the video is cropped as soon as i am patched i was communicating with him and the POV ends here resulting in incomplete video.

First of all, you don't even have your own POV to present as evidence and you are just going by assumptions. Also, even if you say that you did not Bug Abuse the person who complained about you in the continuation of your POV, which you claim to be “Cropped”, this does not prove anything. Anyone can do it and then claim such things just to avoid being punished. And there is not even any evidence/POV that you had a “Connection Lost” problem as you claim. Last desicion will taken by chiefs have a nice day!

As a long-time player, I hope to convey that this situation is about trust, and I assure you that I'm being honest. I apologize for not having POV footage, and I understand if this complicates matters. Still, I respectfully request leniency, perhaps through a warning or temporary jail time, as a 30-day ban would disrupt the roleplay connections and storylines I've developed within the community.
