2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 First of all I am interested to this position because I have worked at LSPD , and I want to be leader of this Org because I love this org so much. I have experienced in this ORG and other ORG so I think I can manage this position very well. I have many things to do this ORG to make better. I have something to do in this Org. I have planned my Deputy Chiefs and COS of kind of departments.
2.2 I started my journey with LSPD , I was HOD of S.W.A.T. Then I changed my department to HR. Then I have promoted to COS of UC. I will not allow to any favouritsm by any HC even it is Chief of Staff I will not allow. I will detect all things with my 102,103 and If noticed any will be punished.
2.3 I planning the make HR&T department the most important department because We need active HR&T department to have lots of units. If we have good HR department we will have good knowledged units and active units. Everyone will receive rank who deserve.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 Departments , I will make departments most active as I can and give them all opportunities to do it. I will give all attention to my term and try to do my best. I hope I will have best term. Also my deputies also will give their best to departments as they can.
3.2 Bios , I will give bios to 5 spesific unit that they have knowledge about corruption. If we got corrupt units they will do RP and more players will noticed about RP is more faster. If more players about RP they will be better RP around players.
3.3 Relations with other LEOs, We will have best relations with other leos and we will make our best to do best RP and most of raids done with FIB as we can. My HCs is responsible of this situation. As I stated before ranks will be given if they deserve it , So all HCs must be have knowledge about state rules.
