2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I have already gained a lot of experience on Grand Server 3 and am now very interested in becoming the leader of my own gang in order to apply my knowledge and pass it on to new and inexperienced players. I also noticed a lot of negative aspects in gangs that I would like to change to improve the gaming experience. I am therefore convinced that I am the right man for this position.
2.2 I discovered gang life, which means sticking together. Among other things, I was entrusted with high ranks
to whom I showed myself at my best. I have every position, with full love & passion
executed. Since I have the necessary sensitivity and tact, I know how to deal with all kinds of fellow citizens.
2.3 I now feel ready to give 100% myself as a leader. Through my time as gang members, I learned many important things, both everything about events and how to behave in complex situations.I think through me, the Bunta could become what they once were.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I plan to not only attend one event every day, but on a much more regular basis, ideally so that we can collect enough members to take part in almost every event. I also want to be present in the ghetto regularly and talk. It is also my goal to promote interaction with government organizations, for example through regular Ammu-Robs and hostage-taking. This allows me to enrich the role play not only for members of my organization, but also for members of other organizations and even civilians.
3.2 Shop and Ammurobs with a good RP background (e.g. hostage taking) Highway activity (assaults on officers or civilians) Attacks on Fort Zancudo (e.g. sometimes carried out with fists or without cars) I will hold competitions every week to increase motivation in the gang What bothered me most about other organizations is the inactivity, especially at the management level. That won't happen for me. I am also a very open-minded person, I like to accept criticism, listen to other people's problems and try to help if possible. I'm also willing to pass on my knowledge and don't get annoyed just because someone doesn't know something.
3.3 What sets me apart as a leader is my consistent but fair leadership. Under my leadership, respect is valued and I create a positive and friendly atmosphere. Trolling has no place for me. Instead, we proceed in a structured, ambitious and goal-oriented manner. Everyone is treated equally and I ensure that equality is a priority in my organization. Through my extensive experience in leadership positions, both in this and other states, I know exactly how to effectively implement these values. As a communicative and open person, I actively approach others to address problems and find solutions. I consciously take time for my people and care about their well-being. Together with Marabunta Grande, I would like to achieve these goals and make our organization strong and successful.
