My experience of an Unofficial Family will be in advantage of my term as Marabunta Leader and will help with promoting the organization. As the leader of marabunta I will be sure to maintain a high level of activity and Professionalism. With my extensive and knowledgeable skills I am understanding of all general gang activities and it will be shown with my ability to manage and control store robberies and hostage situations alongside my experienced deputies which are fully capable of effectively running the gang in my absence, ensuring that operations continue smoothly and efficiently without my direct Attendance. My ways to improve roleplay in the Organization will be to maintain a consistent gang with 45+ active members with 95% of people attending events. not only will this guarantee an active gang which helps us to complete daily events that can improve Roleplay within the Gang. As a Gang, participating in all daily events will not only improve the roleplay within the Gang but also outside. Active gangs can also improve roleplay for state organizations as they will have more events to attend to during my term. As the leader of Marabunta I Stephano or my Deputies will ensure to Professionally lead scripted and daily events such as NG Raids, Store robberies, Hostage situations and many more.
