2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 I want to become the leader of Marabunta Grande I have seen the activity among the gangs in EN3 has been dropping lately. In the earlier terms of the server, all gang members actively took part in all the events that brought the energy to both the gangs and the ghetto. But in recent times all the leaders have reduced organizing events. I believe that I can actively host events and bring back the energy making both gangs and ghetto active.
2.2 As before i have seen too many leaders break their promises and failing to connect with people, which has caused many gangs to fall apart. The leaders before only think about their own territory and don’t pick strong helpers, making things worse and taking them to more bad condition. I want to change this, and get Marabunta active again, and want to make a new legacy with marabunta.
2.3 I want to lead Marabunta Grande because I care about keeping our gang active and make Whole Los Santos by flourishing the criminal activity done by marabunta . I will also make sure we join important events, like clands, and have most active numbers available all the time .I will keep everyone motivated, I will reward our most active members with great bonuses, Fun parties and events
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization
3.1 I will choose deputies who can help when I am not around. We will all work together to follow the rules and avoid violation of rules . Everyone who wants to join will be given a fair chance to make sure they fit in this organization. And i will hire the best high commands who deserve that rank and can take the responsibilities.
3.2 We will also have fun roleplaying with clapping legal org during serval events, making interesting hostage situations and other interesting scenarios. My goal is to make sure everyone feels they are in a family not only in a organization and where everyone is respected equally and where here is no toxicity.
