We aim to foster a sense of family within our ranks, creating a community where everyone can grow, learn, and support each other. We believe in a balance—having fun while maintaining a professional standard. Respect, support, and positive role modeling are at the core of our values.
3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I’ve taken lessons from past experiences and am committed to avoiding the mistakes that have impacted leadership before. I acknowledge my own past errors in management roles and am now clearer on how to lead us forward. To keep our department strong, we are focused on fair promotions, realistic goals, and a transparent metric-based system for advancement. Favoritism and nepotism have no place here, and we will conduct thorough assessments and interviews to ensure promotions are based on trustworthiness and skill.
Our focus is on building a team of dedicated, skilled personnel who embody the values of the LSPD. This isn’t about increasing headcount for the sake of it; it's about attracting individuals who are inspired to give their best.
