2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Major Points For Me Applying For LSPD Are As Follows
1. I Believe that the Los Santos Police Department is the best organization I have seen in myd whole life and my connection with the LSPD is from 3 massive terms and I was the COS (28) in the LSPD and I am very connected with this Organization. I have learnt very much when I was in the LSPD and now I have to use all the information I have gained to get the leadership of the LSPD
2. I have knowledge in all type of Departments which take place in the LSPD and I have been in all the Departments so I have whole knowledge about all departments how they work. And personally my love with the LSPD is no where gone it's forever. I love spending My RP life as a leo specially in LSPD. This org gave me very much experience about the city. How to live in the city and it gave me the way to learn the server rules
3. I was a low rank also when I joined the LSPD because on that time I don't have experience in my leo org even my second leo org is LSPD itself and then after 3 terms I have gained very much experience and knowledge about how LSPD works . What a leader do ? And how he works for the Organization. So now I'm ready for the position i have gave very much time pending in LSPD and do my job
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. Bio's , The Currupt Bio I also a major thing in every organization and it creates new situations between the citizens and Leo's. In real life also we can see some Currupt cops and it create a balance between real life and RP life. Using commands in Corruption make it more real and give a better experience
2. I will make some Departments and it will directly make my employees contact with the citizens whether it's human resource who hire people and public Relations who make good relationship with citizens and organise events
3. In My term I will ensure that there will be proper usage of the RP commands and mainly while opening PDA and opening trunks specially these commands make the RP level more professional and elegant. So I'll make sure proper usage will be there
