2) Why do want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I Have been in SAHP from long time, I started my journey as leo in SAHP cadet to Deputy Sheriff, in part of my journey I worked in all departments and faced lot of challenges which is given best Experience. How ever i have a good experience in other oranization chief of staff in LSPD, Head of Department in FIB, Commanding Genaral in NG(currently working). Relationship with SAHP is Unforgettable.
As I have good Experience with Sheriff's and leader of other org and seniors( when i was started my journey) i worked on situtations and learned how to handle complicated situtations. I learned how to take quick dicisions and give guidance to other officers with my past experience which is made a perfect for leader.
As well as I know the maximum all rules of city and how the orgaanization will work. It will help to guide new joined people I think good trianing and guidance of senior offiecer will make a perffect officer. SAHP Will be the perfect place for it.
3) Your Advice for Improving the Roleplay level in the organization
My Best advice is friendly environment and team work, those are most importent for any organization to be perfect and successful. People who are in organization they have to feel its another family. I want suggest few more steps want to impliment by following.
Prooper Interview :
I saw so many people hire their family members or friends and giving high ranks, It's causes to rule breaks and effect on organization. I will make sure that never happens. HR (Human Resources) team will must take proper interview even they are EX-Officers they have to give some interview and Proof them self . Experienced persons shouldn't have any problem with giving interview. It will helps to get best team and best term.
Prooper Training System :
As i mentioned above i saw many officers didn't get proper level training which it causes to unprofessional behaviour. I planned Three phases training sessions to learn everything from basics and attending events by following high commands and intract with them sharing ideas will help them more perfect officer and they will get experience to handle situations.
Bonuses System :
Bonuses system is the one of best way ato encourage officers being more active. It will helps to identify their hard work and motivate them. I planned a best rewards system for each and every officer and especially for night shift officers. which is feels the best organization.
Promotion System :
I strictly against for being favour and Recommendations, Promotion should give to who are working hard for organization. I will host every week Premotion ceremony to issue good postion for Real Hard worker. It will help to motivate and being more active proof themself. It will help to SAHP more active and attract new people to get interest to be part of organization.
