As you can see in the POV, me and my officer were looking for a wanted criminal. We had suspicion on this guy so I asked him to identify himself and saw a gun in his hand and started asking for it. I asked for his passport multiple times, but he committed GR 6.2 by leaving the RP situation and entering the ghetto because he knows that we can't enter it. Everything is clear in POV.

Thats not GR 6.2 at all !
he did run to ghetto , he did not leave the game or enter a place you cant access .
