This role has required critical decision-making and the ability to navigate challenging scenarios with dedication to both my team and the community we serve. Role-playing exercises are essential for the Psychiatric department, allowing staff to practice handling complex patient interactions and develop strong communication and empathy skills.

3.3 - Enhanced Training for New Recruits
Adding scenario-based learning to our training curriculum for new hires will better prepare them for the demands of the role, building their confidence and skills from the start.

3.4 - Air Rescue Department Collaboration
Joint role-playing exercises with the Air Rescue Department will strengthen teamwork and understanding of the unique challenges of aerial rescues, enhancing overall emergency response.

3.5 - Global Department Involvement
Leveraging insights from the Global Department, such as best practices and case studies from around the server, can bring fresh perspectives and boost staff adaptability in diverse situations.

3.6 - Hospital Department Integration
Closer coordination between the Hospital department and other units in role-play scenarios that simulate the entire patient journey will improve interdisciplinary teamwork and enhance patient care continuity.
