Dear admin,

I'm really sorry for the mistake I made but I think a 30 day ban is too harsh. Please look into my condition and I swear I will never make this stupid mistake again.
I truly regret my actions, and I assure you it will not happen again. All I ask for is a second chance to return to the game and have fun with my friends, or reduce the ban period.
