Additional information
1. Leader of LSPD
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1) Experienced Leadership in Both Legal and Illegal Organizations: I have had the opportunity to lead various prominent organizations, including one term as the leader of the government (EN02) and two terms as the leader of the National Guard (EN02). HC in LSPD (EN01) In addition to being a deputy in multiple gangs (EN01/EN02), these experiences have given me a deep understanding of both the legal and illegal sides of city operations. This diverse leadership background equips me with the unique perspective needed to navigate the complexities of the city and enhance the roleplay (RP) experience for everyone involved.
I also want to add that while I was a leader in GOV/NG and deputy in various gangs, the level of RP within the cities had increased greatly bring much more life.
We had RP terrorist situations, leaders being kidnapped, city being sent into lockdown with NG patrolling the entire state. With high level of RP and an engaging leader, we can bring life to the city and give everyone much more to do. In EN01 we managed to increase the level of RP greatly with the city going into Martial Law multiple times and create exciting situations for everyone.
2.2) Rebuilding and Strengthening LEO Presence: The dynamics of the city have evolved, and the LEO scene has lost some of the strong presence it once had. (Currently Gangs severely outnumber LEOs) I want to rebuild LSPD's influence and bring back the rivalry between legal and illegal organizations that drives RP. With the strategic mindset I’ve honed through my leadership positions, I can guide LSPD to be a powerful force in the city, ensuring we create competitive and meaningful interactions with legal organizations such as the police, FIB, and National Guard.
2.3) Creating Long-term Stability and Rivalry: From my time as both a gang deputy and leader in legal organizations, I've learned that true competition pushes everyone to improve. I want to foster long-term stability within LSPD by implementing stronger internal structures and promoting a deeper level of RP. By organizing the gang into specialized teams and ensuring consistent reward systems, I aim to build loyalty within the unit and create fierce competition not only with gangs but also with law enforcement agencies. This will elevate the city’s RP scene and bring back the excitement that has been lacking.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1) I intend on going for RP related events like Store Robberies, Kidnappings, Hostage Situations, NG Raids etc etc. Right now theres close to no RP/Creativity when it comes to dealing with these situations. And i intend on making it more fun for everyone.
3.2) I will do some diplomacy between Legal Organisations to see if i can help increase the level of RP. Diplomacy will come in the form of discussions where we can team up and do trainings or host competitions between agencies which will improve competition and make everyone perform better.
3.3) Lastly, i will be very strict against players who do not follow the rules. The last thing i want is my Org getting disbanded, and i will not allow clumsy players who refuse to follow the rules to bring the whole Org down.
3.4) I do not want everything to be taken to the forums. If theres an opportunity for RP, without any rulebreaks, i will find a way to make it enjoyable for everyone. Especially when there is strife/disagreements between Legal Organisations. We should utilise the DOJ for dealing with disagreements between agencies and the USSS/NG for court martials to take down corrupt cops.
