- My aim is to support members in developing their skills and advancing in rank to establish a group of dedicated and proficient individuals. Through this mindset of growth and development we can ensure member retention. Elevate the status of the Blood organization to a premier level.
- My aim is to elevate the Blood gang's status on the server to a level of respect and intimidation by leading with authority and enhancing their reputation, in the Grand RP community.
- Blood gang have a reputation and a distinct identity that I am committed to preserving and enhancing. I aim to uphold the gang image and honor its history within the Grand RP community.
3-Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
- For the roleplay level in the Bloods, to increase and implement, I would work within a variety of immersive RP guidelines and training sessions on quality interactions, character development, and realistic scenarios.
- I should involve individual back stories for each member, gang meetings that incorporate and drive roleplay by missions, and events such as gang negotiations, turf wars, and strategic heists to add depth to our story.
- I would set up alliances and rivalries that feed ongoing storylines and help the members feel more connected and impact the gang as a whole. All of these will help bring the quality of our RP up and make the interactions that occur more enjoyable and memorable for everyone.
