Life Story:
Ethan was born into a poor family in 1998 in India. When he was 13 years old, he lost his father, so he entered the world of crime to earn for his family. Slowly, from a small thief, he became a big robber. Later he joined a gang, he became a very good friend of the leader of the gang. But unfortunately, one day the gang leader was killed in an encounter with the police. So after the leader died, Ethan took the leadership of the gang. One day he and his gang robbed a bank, and police started chasing them. Many of the gang members were caught, but Ethan managed to escape that chase, but the police were still in search of him, and they killed some of Ethan's close friends who were with him in that bank robbery. So to save his life, Ethan left India and went to Los Santos, and there he started a new life. He left his crime life and joined SAHP and started his new life as a police officer. Later he joined FIB, where he became high command for the first time, and after some time he joined NG and became a great Army officer.
Career story:
Ethan started his LEO career by joining SAHP. He didn't have any experience as a LEO before. So it took nearly a month for him to learn the work of a police officer. He started working hard in SAHP and slowly started earning money in a legal way. But in SAHP no one recognized his hard work so he left SAHP and joined FIB. In FIB, he started working hard, and he made many friends in FIB. The High Commands were impressed by his hard work. He was getting promoted slowly and one day he got an offer for becoming High Command in FIB. Ethan immediately accepted the offer of high command, and for the first time in his LEO career, he became high command. After working for a long time in FIB, Ethan took a transfer to NG. In NG he made good friends, and he also became High Command in NG. But he was earning a very low amount of money in NG. One day he thought that he should use his skills that he learned when he was in a gang to earn money. So he started using those skills to take money from criminals and also help some criminals if he knew them.
Outcomes:
1. Ethan can take contracts or start random prison breaks. (with Darknet task or using USB)
2. Ethan can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
3. Ethan can break any laws ( only IC laws )
4. Ethan can take bribes. (up to 100k and illegal items on the suspect)
5. Ethan can detain anyone that he wants and can suggest them to give him bribes such as money or their guns to get free. (Including LEOs. Need to do proper RP and IC reason to arrest/detain)
