Life Story:
Onur was born in Nakhchivan, Azerbaijan. When he was one year old, his brother was born, and at that moment, his mother passed away. His brother got Optic atrophy which means the loss of some or most of the nerve fibers in the optic nerve. The other problem was that there was no cure for this disease.When he was younger, Onur make decision to be a police officer or a trooper. His father was General and give some advice to Onur. After Onur believed that he can be part of it. Onur and his father heard about the cure for this disease in Los Santos City. The doctor said they should wait until his brother is going to reach 18 years old. As Onur and his brother grew up, he was ready to do everything in his power to help his brother recover and find a cure for his illness. When Onur's brother turned 18, Onur took his father and brother and went to Los Santos City. The doctor said you needed more money. Onur tried to establish relations with both the gang world and the legal world. One night Onur saw the SAHP troopers who were corrupt. They took money from people and released them. After that day, Onur turned his attention to SAHP and other organizations where he was promoted to very high ranks because of his loyalty. Onur believed that He will be more greater in SAHP than other organizations.
Career Story:
Onur was regularly trained by very experienced people. Onur was in LSPD as patrol officer. When Onur finished his training LSPD had disbanded. After that, Onur moved to San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP). In his first promotion ceremony in SAHP, He promoted to Master Trooper 3.After that Onur joined Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT). He gathered a lot of experience and learnt tactics in SWAT. At the 5th Promotion Ceremony, he was now a captain, meaning high command. Onur was trying to get used to the rank of High command. In subsequent Promotion ceremonies, Onur was promoted to higher ranks. After SAHP had disbanded, Onur moved FIB. He stayed in there only one week. Onur thought that he could earn more money in SAHP. Consequently Onur moved SAHP again. Onur gained a lot from these trainings. His growing experience shocked everyone. He was also a hard-working person. Because of this, he quickly rose through the ranks in the SAHP. After that Onur moved to Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB). He gained a lot of experience in there and made connections with higher-ups. Onur thought that he could earn more money in there. He always got promotions during promotion ceremonies and even became a Supervisor. Onur was keen on with Spec Ops department. Onur more liked this deparmtent than other departments. After that He moved to the National Guards(NG) to get more experience and to achieve his wish in Army. Onur also made strong connections in NG. Onur was already earning enough money, but he resorted to corruption for his main goal. After finishing term in NG, Onur moved to FIB to gain more experience in there. After spending nearly 3 weeks Onur moved to SAHP to help to troopers to be successful in their career life. Onur also has in mind to do corruption to gather much more money in SAHP.
Outcomes:
1. Onur can take bribes (up to 100k and request guns, ammo, or other illegal items as bribes.)
2. Onur can break IC law including: CCOP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention. (he must keep in mind the OOC consequences.)
3. Onur can try to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) and can break it for his safety (/do breaks bodycam) [Two times per situation]
4. Onur can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use illegal stuff (no Organization weapons included).
5. Onur can be frighten and disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Toxicity, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
6. Onur can add or remove people in wanted list, give fines or arrest anyone that he wants and can suggest them to give him bribes such as money or their guns to get free. ( with proper RP and IC reason to arrest no MG )
7. Onur can take contracts or start random prison breaks due to his mental issues. (with Darknet task or using USB)
8. Onur can arrest someone for fake charges if he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
9. Onur can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
10. Onur can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
