2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)


A. SAHP is the first org which i join and i served 8-10 terms in SAHP . My past departmental leadership roles have allowed me to create and execute successful approaches for overseeing my department, resolving conflicts, coordinating events, and ensuring activity. I also managed to get the trust of my coworkers and future leaders I served .Also i am a part of current term as a COS . So, i like this organization most and i want to lead it that’s my dream .

B. No doubt SAHP is one of the best org . But there always a fault. Everything can’t be perfect. So, i want to improve SAHP Under my leadership and I want to bring some changes and improvements in SAHP .I want to fix all issues that i faced in past terms .

C. During my term, I will do everything in my power to restore the SAHP's former well-organized legacy structure. Me and my deputies we will try our best to come up with innovative ways to recruit and train future officers to be the best versions of ourselves, making sure that no officer is left behind in any way, from departmental engagements to promotions to trainings. Also , I have a good team who can Run this organization properly .

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.

I would say we need to do some changes in department work to improve RP

Public Relations: As Ex public Relations i want to improve this department . I want to do some more creative and interesting event for citizen this time that i cant do in others leader term because of permission or other issue .

Human Resources & Training: HRT is one of the most crucial department in SAHP . I want to improve it and fix some things that's i notice before. I want to improve training process so we can give proper training to trooper and finish it as soon as possible .

Internal Affairs: IA department is one of most important department. It will help us to clean our org from favoritism and corruption . This time i will handle IA with my deputies and i will take 1 HOD for our assistance . I will make sure that we are doing bodycam checks, licenses checks, background checks every week .

S.W.A.T: SWAT is important to make proper planning and execute that in event . This time i want conduct more combat training's for SWAT . and physical fitness training , Also i want to do training with NG . Also, I will make sure that they are conducting 3 ghetto petrol in week .

HWP ( Highway Patrol ): HWP is most important department in SAHP because SAHP mainly traffic cops . This time i want to make sure that we have insurance units 24/7 . Also , i want to conduct tow raid , Spread post, check point, convoy patrolling every day and etc.

Undercover : I want to make this department very active this time . I want to provide best support to fib with all evidence and i will try to make good communication with FIB Regarding this department .
