Dear Pablo,
We had a family war on November 1st, which we won. Everyone provided POVs on time, but one member was banned under investigation during that time. After further review, he was unbanned as he was found to be clean. However, today we were disqualified from the family war. I don’t understand the reason behind this. Please investigate and take the necessary action.
