Life Story:
Retro Stark life was difficult life, from childhood in the streets & alleys. Retro from his past saw his parents fighting for him for food and most of the times sacrificing for him. These tough and hard life made him understand the importance of the Virtue of hard working and the ability to adapt easily at that certain age.
One day in the life is a Bloods gang which is a violent gang that invades and terrorizes their neighborhood. Retros father bravely attempted to guard a home. Ended up being attacked. This became what categorically defines a traumatic event for Retro – a time when she felt the desire to overcome helplessness and poverty.
In all the ordeal the mother of Retros, Moona was always a pillar of hope to the family. All through working at several places to support Retro and his other siblings River and Papi she was an inspiration of strength. Her support kept hope lighted on Retro about living his life rather than letting it go astray into violence and gangs.
Mourning for their friend the two remained faithful to the plans they had made and Retro turned all his energy into his school education. His intimidations at last produced fruitful results when he secured a scholarship at a school. There he was able to achieve impressive scores in both Academic and Physical departments, in pursuits as well as improving his leadership skills. Nonetheless, failure made Retro fearful as the resulted traumas of changeling his emotions from academics to physical training.
Career Story:
Retro Stark journey began with training at LSPD as a cadet in chief adal term demonstrates his readiness to rise through the ranks to help save the city from crime. His life can be best described as one motivated indirectly by aspirational concerns but mainly focused on the ability to defend and protect. For him the scholarship in the LSPD police academy was was like getting a hope in a depressing world for he was able to offer hope and a way to fight the streets that had troubled him during his young age. As this young man was a cadet, he was hardworking and aimed at following justice to make a difference. He saw in the police force a way of giving his late father the best tribute by fighting violence he witnessed during his childhood.
However as Retro days passed into further realms of Law enforcement he felt realities and temptations that challenged his definitions of Good and Bad. By the promotion ceremony which was conducted by IA he has been exposed to greed of wealth and authority together with corruption of the system hence changing his views and beliefs. He discovered that obeying the rules would not take him any where. Slowly but steadily, Retro got involved in corrupt practices such as taking bribes, etc., to make his crouption levels even higher, he needed a security clearance and had to get a classification so that he could not be easily caught.He joined USSS with influence and connections that he made from LSPD, for his transfer to USSS(gov.
Having been promoted within USSS as a agent force, Retro quickly saw his noble goals being eaten up by his risen desire for corruption and domination at GOV. He began to influence events to his advantage to get rich in city.
In the end, Retro Stark lost the innocence and his main goal that he had in his youth. The values he once held were lost by the corrupting influence of power, greed and to become rich in city of los santos.

1. Retro can take bribes (up to $100,000 and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
2. Retro can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use illegal stuff (no ORG weapons included)
