I hope you’re doing well. I'm writing to address a recent ban on my account, which I believe might have been triggered by a glitch rather than any violation of rules. While driving in the city, my character unexpectedly fell through the map and continued falling indefinitely possibly a bug related to the Halloween event. I would be grateful if you could review this case, as I was not involved in any prohibited activities.
