Dear Senor Admin
I asked for a complaint about targeting and the admin who answered me says that it is not a rule break, if targeting is not a rule break what is it !!
This person if he knows that nothing will happen to him from targeting, he will continue what he is doing to me and will not stop him or anyone else from doing this thing
All I ask is that he be punished, whatever the punishment is, so that he does not repeat what he does with me or others.
In case he does this thing again, I will save my pov and I will post the same forum again and again, and you will see that by yourself that he really will not be satisfied with this behavior because he feels safe that nothing will happen to him I may be not a streamer but I am a player in GTA RP and I have the same right to Complained about targeting !!

Yeah targeting its a rule break who say is not a rule break , he just say "Any one can make forum if there is a rule break if there is no rule break it will get rejected if there is a rule break will get punished". He dont say targeting is not a rule break . first i am not targeting you or anyone from the city , but anyone who see your povs and my povs he say that self report because you start provoking me a lot to do rule breaks to post on me in all your and my povs .
Look that all i post on you 2 forum you can check by your self :

And the both is approved where is the targeting here ?
Let me ask you : why you changed the proof of targeting that first ?
And why you removed the pov 4 when you do bug abuse , why ?
I have some people who i post on him 6-8 forum but he do rule break that is not a targeting but you start provoking me every where i meet you .

I am with you and i dont have any problem if the forum been re-opened o reviewed again because i know my self i dont do any targeting on you .

The admin never mentioned that it is not a rule break. Again, as per server rules. There is nothing called targeting as a rule break. If you feel you were provoked, then that is a different story.
