2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
(i) I am playing Grand RP EN3 Server from a long time and i have enough experience to lead a crime organization by becoming the leader of Ballas Gang. And Most Importantly the organization's mission and values resonate deeply with the individual. They feel a strong alignment with the goals and objectives of having our terror in city, which fuels their desire to contribute meaningfully and drive change. For example, if the organization is focused on environmental sustainability, a leader passionate about this cause will find immense satisfaction in advancing these efforts. And with that i will form the most active and dangerous gang ever.
(ii) I learned from my mistakes i will teach everyone the rules i know and ill increase role play quality in city and in ballas gang. The individual sees a unique opportunity to make a substantial impact within the organization and the broader community it serves. They believe their skills, experiences, and vision can significantly advance the organization's objectives and create positive change. This motivation often stems from a desire to leave a lasting legacy and see their influence reflected in the organization's success by being the best, active, unbeatable and dangerous gang.
(iii) You believe your leadership skills can bring unity and efficiency to the gang. Your ability to inspire and organize the members will help in achieving common goals and overcoming challenges and i am very confident that i will be the best ballas leader with best gang in the city. I am capable of leading organization i also was high command in marabunta and vagos. and have experience to run a organization properly without rule break. And i will try my best to run this organization will also give chances to newcomers and teach them everything make sure they are ready to fight against leos
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
(i) Regularly schedule events that align with the gang's lore and objectives, such as Store robbery, Gun store robbery, Territory capture, FZ Raid, Battleship, Submarines, Clandestine and etc. These events create shared experiences and challenges that can deepen the RP experience and strengthen bonds among gang members.
(ii) Encourage gang members to deeply understand and embrace their characters. This involves developing backstories, motivations, and consistent behavior patterns. Authentic Role Play enriches the storyline and makes interactions more believable and engaging for everyone
(iii) Respecting Deputies and members. Rule breakers and disrespecting member will be blacklisted and make sure everything goes just like rules says and we will do maximum events possible in day and fun together.
4. My Goals For Ballas
(i) Being active in every situation possible with maximum number of gang members possible capturing ghetto with dominating every gang with out rule break and strikes and leading a successful term with having experienced gang members and maximum number of turfers in gang as well as newcomers who are ready to rule ghetto and city become the best gang's members ready anytime anywhere to dominate each and every gang and gang member
(ii) I am committed to enhancing the RP experience for all members. This includes attending maximum events possible, creating deep bonds with gang members, and encouraging character development. By promoting active participation , I aim to create a vibrant and engaging community where each member feels valued and invested in the gang’s narrative to be the best gang.
