2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Having served FIB for some times, I've gained key experience to maintain unity and respect along the FIB.
I've learned and have been trying my best to build a positive vibe in the org.
FIB and other Organization. This helped me to master and lead a successful term.
I have a positive mind set and will be helping the officers in all possible ways to reduce crime and maintain a peace in the city and help other org when they are in need.
I would be introducing strategies in FIB so that everything goes in a smooth way.
I had joined GOV for the first time and gained a good respect among all. The thing or i can say the matter that makes me a good person is a positive mindset and a good vibe and helping others in their needed state.
I always had curiosity in joining FIB and i had which helped me gain a good knowledge and have a good responsibilities to handle.
So i am looking forward for Leader of FIB. I am fully prepared to take on the responsibilities of leading this organization toward the betterment of our city.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Develop realistic training programs and the proper use of RP commands.
Recruit people with a good knowledge of city rules and train them and make sure that they totally ready to go on duty.
A good bonus system which would motivate the units towards the work and will be willing to work harder.
Also take suggestion from the officers from the org asking them about what could be changed and could be introduced so that the org can be improved and give a suitable working environment for my officers.
Strengthen the connections between different departments within the FIB.
Also with the other Org. hold regular meetings with every units.
The commanders (Later I'll state in the ranking system) would be given orders from their high command for leading and tasks or situations like Hostage situations store robbery.
I mean that the commands who are below 22 (assume) would be given chance to lead team.
So that they would not be chasing after ranks.

This Department is one of the important department of FIB.
Agents in this department will respond to every global situation.
High level shooters and acts as backbone of FIB.
Spec ops Agents can use heavy weapons and must be good at shooting and negotiating.
=== UC ===
UC (Undercover) is most important department of FIB since they are Responsible for Evidence Collecting needed for gang and black market raid that is conducted by FIB.
Go undercover catch wanted criminals, catch drugs and deals, get evidence of criminal org.
They must be good in talking and mix up with every people.
=== IA ===
IA (Internal affairs) This department will maintain discipline and will make sure all agents of fib are doing there duty.
checking every logs manage everything.
Check on armory and asks NG for Candy help NG for Candy run.
=== OO ===
This department is overspecialized UC Agents of FIB.
They will only answer to 00 handler and their own Agents.
In addition to that they will be giving answers to Director, Deputy Director.
Their main Task is to get evidence and gather intel about criminal organization.
They does not participate in other activity's like UC Agents do.

This department will be monitoring training and promotion of agents with their respective high commands.
This department will be helping any agents about any question.
