2.1 FIB' is the most influential organization of the city. And it's work (especially their undercover work) has always looked very interesting to me. I love the work of FIB very much. I have been leading departments in legal orgs for 2 terms now but now I think I have gained enough experience to lead an organization.
2.2 I am very determined to my work and I have a dream to fulfil that is being the leader of an org. By the taking the leadership of FIB not only I will just fulfill my dream but also I will make my term one the best.
2.3 One of the the most important thing that always catches my eyes is that newbies are not getting fair chance. It's not like everyone should have past experience to join an org. Newbies are facing a lot of issues in getting higher ranks in an organization. I have seen many getting fired from the org because of doing some small mistakes. If I get the leadership I will prove everyone that not only the old but the new citizens can also become leader (if they have the capabilities to do so) and I will ensure that everyone gets good training. If they do mistakes they should be taught briefly rather than firing them from the org.

3.1 No favouritism will be done. Everyone will have an equal opportunity to get promoted.
3.2 I will assign duty time to High commands so that we always have someone experienced to lead any situation.
3.3 I will personally look at every department's activity to ensure the smooth flow of the organization.
3.4 Promotion ceremony will be done once every week to boost the confidence of the agents.
3.5 I will personally look at everyone's logs to check who is eligible to be promoted in the promotion ceremony.
3.6 No oppression from higher ranks to lower ranks will be tolerated.
3.7 We will do practice drills twice every week.
3.8 I will give good bonuses to encourage more activity in the organization.
3.9 I will hire best officers to the HR department so that everyone is trained perfectly.
3.10 I will declare 2 employee of the week and they will get 100k each. This will encourage other agents to give their best.
