Reason 1:
The first time I came in the city, the first thought that crossed my mind was, how can I become a police officer. I am the kind of person who has always loved the idea of becoming a police officer, enforcing the law and helping people. I came in the city 2 years ago, and before I even was well versed with the basics, I had the hunger of becoming a police officer, and that is when LSPD became the first organization that I ever joined. Since then, I have always wanted to one day be able to lead the organization that I first started with. Across the time that I have spent in the city, I have worked my best to gain all the LEO experience that I can get and have prepared myself to be able to lead LSPD, and I feel that I am ready now to finally lead LSPD well, if I am given the chance to do so.
Reason 2:
Over the years I have gained the trust and the friendship of multiple experienced people, with whom I plan to lead LSPD and bring it back to the former glory, the way it was in the old days when I first started my LEO journey. With the help of my heavily experienced Deputy Chief of Police, Head of Departments, Deputy Head of Departments and Supervisors, I plan to lead LSPD in the most efficient and perfect way possible, with no favoritism or corruption of any sorts, just some good old leadership with ethics and integrity.
Reason 3:
My experience. Since the day I started my LEO journey, I have worked in almost all the state organizations, including even LifeInvader at one point and have worked on gaining experience of becoming a Law Enforcement Officer. I have also learnt many new things, and learnt the most important aspect of leadership, being kind and humble to my fellow colleagues. Due to my time working in all these Law Enforcement Organizations, I have learnt all the rules and regulations and have become well versed with them as well. I think this will prove as a major pillar in my journey of leading LSPD if I am given the opportunity to do so.
2. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
i). I believe that my activity will affect the RolePlay level in the organization a lot, hence I will try my best to be as active as I can throughout the day, 7 days a week. I will also ensure that all my High Commands in the organization also stay active and do their best, along with me, to be a part of all the activities that everyone in the organization engages in. I will also ensure that the environment in LSPD stays respectful, professional, humble, kind, helping and friendly as I want to break the stereotype that all leaders and High Commands develop an attitude once they become one.
ii). I will interact and work with all the departments such as Human Resources as much as I can and ensure that they stay active, so as to make sure that all cadets get trained as quickly as possible, with the best quality of trainers. I will also interact as much as I can with the other departments as well as with the Public Relations department so that I can ensure that the environment in LSPD stays calm and friendly, to prove that LSPD is not an organization that demands its officers to do nothing but work and does not provide any sort of refreshment or enjoyment.
iii). I will collaborate and interact with other organizations as much as I can as well so that we can maintain friendly and healthy relations with all the other LEO organizations and work as a team to become the best at our common goal, which is serving and protecting the citizens of the city. This will in turn help with the overall productivity and behavior of all the officers and agents of not only LSPD but also other organizations, as there will be a friendly environment amongst everyone, making it easier for all the officers to work as a team and support each other in all situations and special missions.
My Experience:
1) Deputy Director of HRT - GOV
2) Deputy Chief - EMS
3) Task Force Operative - LSPD
4) US Marshall - SAHP
5) Head of Department of HWP - SAHP
6) Head of Division of HRT - EMS
7) Captain of HWP - SAHP
8) Executive Agent - FIB
Departments of LSPD:
1) Human Resources and Training: This department will be the backbone of the entire organization as it will deal with training and preparing the new cadets to the journey that awaits them as a Law Enforcement Officer. I will ensure that this department stays the most active and provides the best quality of work, as it is very important that all the newcomers learn all the rules and regulations, as well as their duties and responsibilities as a Law Enforcement Officer properly.
2) Intelligence Bureau: This department will strive to capture evidence of all the illegal activities conducted by various gangs and unofficial families. These evidence that will be collected will then be forwarded over to the Federal Investigation Bureau to be re-checked and used in their casefiles.
3) Internal Affairs: This department will work to ensure that everyone in the organization is following all the rules and regulations, not only internal rules and regulations, but other regulations as well such as the Code of Procedures, Traffic Code, Penal Code etc. If someone is found not doing so, this department will handle the case, investigate it and take necessary action against the officer, to teach them a lesson, as well as to provide them punishment for their wrong doings.
4) Special Weapons and Tactics: This department will work to attend, lead and guide members of other organizations as well as LSPD to win each and every event and situation, while ensuring the safety of everyone present over there. This department will be composed of officers that are good with planning, strategizing, leading and communicating with other people, not only of LSPD but also of other organizations to lead everyone to victory in the event or situation that they are attending.
5) Traffic Enforcement: This department will work on enforcing the Traffic laws in the city, and conduct operations in the city such as fining, towing, radar ticketing, traffic stops and ensuring that all citizens follow the traffic laws. The officers in this department will work on catching all the people who are breaking the traffic laws and will take necessary action against them such as fining them for their improper parking, speeding, towing their vehicles for improper parking, and even arresting them for their reckless driving.
6) Public Relations: This department will work to maintain friendly relations of LSPD with its citizens as well as with its officers. This department will organize various different events so that the officers can interact with not only the citizens but amongst each other as well, and have fun, which will act as a nice stress relief for them. This will ensure the friendly and stress-free environment is maintained within the organization.
