Hello dear administrators!
I will explain the situation I have as clearly and extensively as possible:

I am very confused and heartbroken by what happened.

In the forum video you can see how I stand in the "NPC" green area where RDM is prohibited.
I was trying to complete a Battle Pass mission by giving an item to an NPC, and he starts shooting at me and kills me in the " NPS " zone.
After that I start contacting him in OOC chat and telling him that it's not allowed here to kill etc.
It is clear that this Bag Abuse is more I would call it Mixing or Talking while dead. I can say that I didn't do anything in the complaint video that would be equivalent to a 30-day ban!

Please, if possible, look at my forum complaint again, and cheer me up a bit.
I've never done anything like that, I agree with the warning, the warning, the demorgan, but what I did is not worth a 30 day ban for what?

I don't know what decision will be on this my complaint but i'll try to explain more, i'll try my best and prove it i am not guilty.

I contacted both the person who punished me and the senior admin.
According to them, it turned out that i didn't clicked "Call an ambulance" before " talking while dead in ooc " i made Bug Abuse, and actually to be honest, i never knew that, if i will open ooc chat and after that try to report someone and then type in ooc and send it mesagge its gonna be Bug Abuse in honest, i never tried that because i never knew that, i am surprised actually i am banned for this reason, and this Bug Abuse.

I've never seen in my life Bug Abuse for that, i didn't click it because i wanted to report him ASAP, i hate RDM people who's dont knows a rules, they killing me everytime here at NPC, and i'm always trying to teach them how to play.

What can i do, what chanse i have to reduce my ban ? because i never seen 30 day ban for this, why is this bug on this server ?

I am really dissapointed and heartbroken for this, this is nonsense reason for ban someone 30 day, when possible to ban 3 day or max 7 day, or even demorgan or warn i dont what can i say more.
