2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation
2.1. I want to become the leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol because it is one of the greatest organizations in the state and this is my favorite organization. I have a great team who will help me to run this organization properly. With my experienced team, I want to ensure the safety of Paleto Bay and I want to make the highway safer. I want to continue the legacy of this organization, which started in the term of Sergio Saint.
2.2. I have served more than 8 terms as a LEO mainly in LSPD and SAHP. This will help me to run this organization from my past experience. I have worked in LSPD as COS for 4 terms. I have worked in SAHP as COS and Assistant sheriff. Other than these, I have worked for FIB as DHOD of Spec Ops and SAU. So, I have a good relation with people who can make this organization reach it's greatest success. This creates a strong mentality to be great and also create an initiative to have a strong team leading beside me .
2.3. San Andreas High Patrol is one of the most important organization I believe. But nothing can be 100% perfect. Always there is a chance to improve. With my experience in the city, I want to improve training methods with the help of my HRT team. I also want to do more creative events with my PR team. I will add more tasks for SWAT and HWP that will help them a lot to do proper RP.
Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
3.1. I'd conduct regular training sessions for SWAT with other ORG like NG,LSPD,FIB . That's will be help us improve our tactics and dealing with situation. Also it will be helpful for us to maintain good relation with other ORGs and we can develop plan for all type of situations, which will help us to protect the city and improve RP .
3.2. I want to work with PR team this time and I want to Conduct press conference with which I will tell citizens how we will ensure their safety. Also I want to do some crazy Event that I have planned with my team. It will be interesting and it will help us to improve RP . In order to improve communication with other organizations and with the citizens of this city, I would establish a special PR team that would be exclusively engaged in the enhancement of such relations.
3.3. I want to make tests to check the adequacy and real qualification of high command for their position. That will help us to know who is qualified for their position and who is not.
Public Relations: As an ex-public relations COS i want to improve this department . I want to do some more creative and interesting events for citizens this time . I have some crazy ideas for this time .
Human Resources & Training: HRT is one of the most crucial department in SAHP . I want to improve it and fix some things that's i noticed before and my team will improve training and other stuff .
Internal Affairs: IA department is one of most important department. Me and my deputies will personally manage this department to avoid favouritism .
S.W.A.T: SWAT is important to make proper planning and execute that in situation . This time I want to conduct more anti terorist training's for SWAT with other Org .
HWP ( Highway Patrol ): HWP is most important department in SAHP because SAHP mainly traffic cops . This time i want to make sure that we have insurance units 24/7 . Also , i want to conduct tow raid , Spread post, check point, convoy patrolling every day and etc.
Undercover : I want to make this department very active this time . I will bring some experience undercover ex agents from FIB to work for this department
