2.1-Having served five terms in the Emergency Medical Service (EMS) and working my way up to high command as hard work, my goal is to become the organizations leader. I have plans and ideas for the future that will enhance roleplay and EMS as a whole.
2.2-Being a long time member of EMS From 30th Term ( Zoro Nexus ) to 34th Term which included ( Kaycee Shakespeare ) Terms has a experienced from a rogue to veteran Emergency Medical Service I want to be a leader in an Emergency Medical Service (EMS) Organization because i believe i can make a true difference in our citizens lives, As a leader, I'd be able to help improve how care is delivered, support and motivate the team, and make sure we have the right tools and training to do our best work. its important to me to make sure both patients and EMS professionals are well taken care of and i see leadership as a way to help make that happen.
2.3-I am truly passionate about my work and growth of the organization As a leader, I would Prioritize creating an excellent environment where EMS Personnel should feel secure in every aspect and motivated to provide the Best care possible.By focusing on improving all the skills that requires in the organization, I would help improve the overall performance of the EMS Team.
2.4-Though I have achieved the most of the things i have desired in a most least time due to my hardwork and my seriousness towards my work, I believe i can make the organzation better in future with my effort and as well as team work in the Organzation.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. I will make sure all the lobbies are covered by Atleast by always Units in each lobbies and Units On Calls so that there are no shortage of units while in Day as well as Night Shift.
2. Attending Every possible Event by me and my co workers so that we can able to provide our best service to every Non Profit Organzation Eg: (SAHP,NG,LSPD,GOV,FIB)
3. i will watch that the HC Rank doesnt misuse his power and doesnt work for the profits.
4. I will make sure that the there are no any shortage of medkits as well as medicines wheather in Hospital or Medlab.
5. I will make sure all the FTOs shall give training to all the trainee so that the trainee's dont left out in the organization for a long time.
Mainly:
1. PR (Public Relation): To manage every possible event and enhance the organization by strategically with the media and citizens.
2. IA (Internal Affairs): To watch out the situation if the employees does something wrong, helping any employee if he accidentally gets into a problem, seeing if any department is working well.
