2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I have good experience in all legal organizations and even in gangs as i was Deputy of National Guard , Deputy of LSPD and lead many terms successful and i want to level up my skills by becoming the leader of FIB and complete my goals in this roleplay server , This leadership will give me chance to show my leadership skills .
2.2 I will complete this term with no warns and no verbal's , also complete the raid season by doing 25 raids and I also have a good evidence team that consists of many old leaders and many deputies . I have experienced deputies who will be active and manage if in case , i am not active .
2.3 I will make sure that there will be no internal conflicts between High commands for ranks and keep good relations with other organization leaders to maintain stability between the state . I want to make new people learn rules and regulations of the city and also to help develop there skills and confidence and will try to make the organization strong as a whole and also keep HCs to be respectful to new members of the org and teach them the basic stuff of LEOS .
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
1) Good communication and good radio communication and radio calls, this is one of the essential things required for good RP within the org and having good and effective communication will clear our thinking and planning strategies very effectively and work and will make the RP situation more appealing and enjoyable for all agents increasing rp levels by a lot.
2) Good and active department, having a good and active department os crucial and is needed to make FIB productive and sustainable working in all sectors properly maintaining the RP level and creating more work for agents which can be distributed and will make things more appealing and easier to run. I will focus mainly on CID, Spec ops, HR, IA and PR as they are the backbone of FIB and will ensure they are being run by experienced guys making FIB better in rp.
3) As a Director i would increase the use of RP commands
4) I would try my best to have good relations with other organization
5) Recruiting experienced people to lead low commands in the organization and giving proper training to the recruits so we avoid all mistakes!
