- Leader of EMS
- Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- My experience in the Emergency Medical Services ( Chief Of Staff, Division Chief ) as both High Command as an ordinary employee, I very well know the functions of the organization and what is expected out of a leader in this organization. I have always wanted to lead EMS with perfection, allowing space for growth to all my employees and encourage/ motivate employees to always improve in their duties. As a leader I wish to exceed with excellence proving my worth and a leader devoting my time and efforts into proving the organization to keep it on top!
- Whilst being a high command in the organization I have realised all the difficulties that a leader faces and as I have spent my time in EMS for a couple of terms I have also seen how different leader cope up with problems and see how they deal with them. This gives me immense knowledge for handling under pressure tasks and the mindset to prevent any downfalls in the first place.
- My experience in other organization also help me with application in practical scenarios while either helping my employees with IC issues and promote fairness in the organization. I have served as a brigadier in National Guard, Dean Head Of Division in Los Santos Police Department and 1st lieutenant in San Andreas Highway Patrol. This also shows me dedication in working hard to earn the ranks I deserve and lead teams as a high command in different organization. I strongly Believe that if I become the Chief Of EMS, I would lead the organization with utmost care and dedication with the immense levels of passion I held for the organization since the start of my career in the city.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.- Personally I believe, the best way to improve roleplay levels in the organization is to include my employees ( preferably above the rank of Resident/Emergency Responder ) in Roleplay situations such as need of dispensing adrenaline shots to LEO's or taking them to scripted events such as ACC/SUBS/Prison break/etc. to show them practically how to execute RP better in order to increase they Roleplay Levels not just in the organization itself but also for any activity in the city to help them live a better life in GrandRP. I also aim to teach the Field Training Officers in the organization to devote their time and properly train our freshers proving them with all the attention and help they require to avoid misunderstanding and mistakes in their first week of duty. I believe our Field Training Officers are the most crucial members of our organization as they are the building stones for our freshers to climb up via hard work and passion for the organization, this helps build better repo between the members in the organization and improves RolePlay levels in the organization significantly.
