It was a store robbery going on with a LSPD officer held hostage . This LSPD (176324) with one else officer was on the roof although we told the negotiating officers to hold their units behind their barrigades , they disobeyed their senior officer and stayed at the roof for which few of our guys went on the roof to escort these officers off the roof but instead of obeying their seniors demands he stayed and Moreover in the middle of ongoing Negotiation he thought that he could point gun at the attackers and expect them to comply with his demands when we had a hostage and he should have fear for the hostage but he decided to give demands instead of complying with attackers and obeying to his seniors . I think its him who did Fail RP not the 177380 . Rest is your decision . Also to mention that he is not recording any overlays which is the clear violation of GR 6.17 .
