i hit a wall and then then car one time cause i cant control the car and he puts me in demorgan for car ramming.

You go ahead and try that car; it is almost uncontrollable. I never tried to ram into anyone's car on purpose, so I am not in any way trying to deceive anyone in any way. That car is so hard to control, and the area is very small; if I were simply trying to ram into cars, the cars would not be on that road any more. I think you should go ahead and try driving that car fully maxed and see for yourself.
