Hi dear admin,

In this thread, I got punished for Fear RP:

Approved - Fear RP | 145017

He was at gun point and still not complying and showing me attitude instead of complying !!

(1) I am already in jail and he is pointing me gun and asking me to remove mask. This is not the correct way for processing 10-15. He have the power to tear off the mask of the suspect by holding their arms if they don't comply. Also he did not ask for show my passport.

(2) I got Warn and jail for Fear RP. I believe that i did not do any Fear RP cause in the first place, the Leo do not need to point gun inside a cell. I am requesting to recheck this forum and give me justice.

Dude I saw this post what a joke the outcome was doc is green grass and the Leo just pulls a gun on a unarmed man and yet the admin punished you

Not here to do off topic, but if an admin can clarify for those of us wondering it would be great. In this situation we want to know where is the Fear RP? Failure to comply is something he could’ve been charged with for not complying with the officers demands. I thought for him to have to fear for his life he needs two guns pointed at him not one?

Atleast we know now , we can pull a curcumcised shotgun , point it at the 10-15 and ask them to remove mask , if they don't comply ICLY , they will receive a punishment for Fear RP ... Just Perfect.
