Additional information
1. Leader of...
Federal Investigation Bureau
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- In the first organization that I served in, which was the FIB, I learn from them everything that I have learned. Then, I entered from an ordinary agent to a high command rank. Currently, I want other players to experience what I have experienced in the FIB. I believe in giving every individual a fair chance to stand out and grow, learning something step by step. I will always treat everyone fairly and honestly, trying to be equal to each and every single one of them and always ready to offer support when needed.
- I would like to accept the position of FIB leader since I have experienced having the role of leading the state and criminal organizations. Through those roles, I learned what leadership really means and how to handle such responsibility. I know that it's not an easy thing to be a leader, but being a calm and responsible person, I think I will be able to handle the challenges. Leading an organization is not just by the leader but through the efforts of the individual, and that's why I would put experienced and capable people in places within the command structure.
- I feel that I have a great deal of good experience and knowledge to share with my organization and its members. I would be able to address any internal issues or external, and all problems would be solved through open discussion and meetings, where everyone can share their thoughts. Since my background is in state and crime activities, I know how to balance both worlds to create great roleplay. In the case of the organization, it should be a fun and thrilling atmosphere because it makes for compelling stories that relate to both worlds of law.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
- My High Command team will pay attention to each person. They will be told what they are expected to do, and trained to do their duties as FIB agents the best of their ability.
- To be a member of the FIB, you should know the general rules, with working examples of such rules. We also test your reaction and attitude toward possible situations you may face in work.
- There will always be a significant number of patrols on the street and undercover units to help curtail crime and keep the public safe.
- The aim of ours is to have healthy, professional relationships with all other state organizations in order to have effective collaboration in our operations and duties.
- We will have weekly meetings to go through everything that has been done, problems arising, and misunderstandings or worries in the organization.
- The hostage is most surely safe in a hostage situation. Our cooperation with other state organizations is of crucial importance in making sure that this hostage is brought out unharmed.
- My leadership team will be available to answer any question or concern. If you need help or clarification of anything related to your work, we're here 24/7 to help.
- If a new member isn't fully trained or confident in his role, one of the members of the High Command will go out on patrol with them to help teach the ropes and how to handle particular situations.
