Dear Administrator. I have received a GR 1.3 server rule penalty. I will explain everything that happened to make it clear to you that this was a mistake and I did not intend to scam anyone.
I was trying to sell assault rifle ammo every 100 rounds for 17k in each slot but by mistake and without paying attention I put an extra zero in the last slot on 100 rounds and I didn't pay attention and when I came to open a store in the black market I was coming from the left over event and because of my lack of time because the bank robbery event was about to start that's why I put the ammo and didn't check all the prices twice because I have to catch up with my family and go to the event and after the bank robbery event ended my family and I went to the RP Ticket factory event (because we are my un-off family we always try to be present & active in all the events in the server and to make our family active we always do all this, and this thing caused pressure on us and made us make these mistakes and I apologize for this mistake and I swear to you that I did not mean to do this.) After the RP Ticket factory event ended I returned to the black market to close my store because I wanted to go to sleep but when I arrived I found the administrator Aminox Pluxury standing at my store without being in an administrative form and then I started removing my things because as I said I wanted I closed the store because I was going to close the game and go to sleep because of my work the next day and after my bag was full I went to my car to empty the bag and looked back and as I was returning to my store to continue emptying I found the administrator Laura Dsouza got off near the administrator Aminox Pluxury in the form of an administrator (red color) so I found the administrator Aminox Pluxury and Laura Dsouza talking to me I asked them if there was any problem so the administrator Laura Dsouza asked me if this was my store and I answered yes it is mine and then he talked again with the administrator Aminox Pluxury but I did not understand. So I asked again if there was any problem and he did not answer me so I asked again and he told me the price so I opened my store and took a look and found the last ammunition at the bottom right that I put 0 extra unintentionally and I went back and told him yes that is true there is a mistake in the price I did not mean this (I tried to communicate with them verbally in my poor English and I apologize if my English is not enough) and I explained to him a situation that happened to me before for the same reason and I told him that someone did this to me intentionally and he repeated it with more than one box and I bought without reviewing the price and then I discovered that he was manipulating the prices so I asked an administrator to come to the situation so one of the administrators came and I explained the situation to him and he told me this is normal there is no GR 1.3 server base in a black store and this person did not receive any penalty (I would like to note that I am not saying this to justify my unintentional mistake but I am explaining what I said to the administrator Laura Dsouza and Aminox Pluxury) and after I finished explaining my situation to the administrator Laura Dsouza and Aminox Pluxury. The administrator Laura Dsouza said to the administrator Aminox Pluxury, you look into the matter and decide if you want to ban him or not. Then the administrators disappeared, and after that I finished transferring my ammunition to the car, closed the store, and went to sleep. The next day, I was surprised that I was banned, even though I explained to the administrator my point of view that I did not mean to do this. And every time I ask someone I know who plays on the server what I should do, he says, don't waste your time. The administrators do not read anything about the GR 1.3 server rule. They just reject the complaint and tell you that the ban will remain and there is no discussion on the subject, even if you did not mean to do this. But because of my confidence in your justice and knowing my intention that I did not mean to do this, I submitted this complaint to you to consider banning me. I repeat my apology and confirm that I did not mean to do this. To make it logical, I am a person who, a day before my ban, bought game currencies from the server website for 2800 SEK (Swedish currency). Logically, would I sacrifice all my money and my account for 170 thousand? This is illogical, so I hope that you will review my complaint and carefully consider my ban decision and give me a last chance. (If you reject my complaint, I ask you to return my money that I paid according to the European Union Consumer Protection Law, which gives me the right to recover my money within 14 days of the purchase. With this complaint, if you reject it, it will turn into a refund request. If you reject it, I will have to go to the Consumer Protection Agency to submit a refund request. I contacted my lawyer and he confirmed my right to recover my money because the date of my complaint and the date of purchase have not passed 14 days.
