At timestamp 4:30 I asked ID 114352 if it was allowed to confiscate items before a lawyer's approval, and I suggested an RP approach to uncuff me without confiscation, even advising that if we didn’t comply they could take it to the GOV site. However, at timestamp 5:16 ID 114352 used the term "RP" directly, saying "We are doing an RP here" mixing OOC and IC language within the lawyer’s room, an IC channel. Additionally, at timestamp 3:25 ID 114352 (Zoro Saturo) was present in both the in game lawyer’s room and the Government Discord lawyer’s room which is IC channel. This individual is also violating Leader Rule 2.1 by disregarding server rules. Holding a high position comes with responsibilities and careless mistakes like these should be held accountable. Being a leader does not grant immunity from following rules.
