Life Story:
Harry Wickk grew up in an area of Sheffield that was looked down upon, and had no local police. Harry spent most time learning from his brother who was a known troublemaker in the estate and took all his advice from him. With no one to look up to, and no one to be a good role model to him he began taking part in criminal activities that his brother was known for. At an early stage Harry learnt to shop lift, vandalize, steal from others he even dropped out of school. This gave him a bad name, however Harry was not aware of this and carried on thinking it was best for him. Harry decided to carry this on doing the same activities weekly until one day after Harry's birthday his brother was caught and locked up for these wrong doings. At that moment it hit Harry, he believed it was already too late as he had dropped out of school and was almost 18. Harry at once took all the money he had gathered from the years and bought a flight to Los Santos as he believed his brother would snitch on all the criminal things he had done throughout the years. Harry settled in well in Los Santos putting on a fake act to make sure no one would call him out for his previous wrongdoings. He met a few friends who worked at a bar and made all money beyond that point working.
Career Story:
A few years after Harry made his way into Los Santos, he began to mature and grew out of his boring old job at the bar, he wanted to go above and test his skills of faking his interactions. Crime was still Harry's favourite thing and wanted to continue his work, without being caught. After leaving his place of work, he spent many months lying to work his way into the SAHP. All work paid off and he'd finally made it into the force. He spent his time working very hard and gained trust from almost every working employee. Harry eventually worked up to a High Command position by his second term working for the force, and decide he wanted to move on. The day Harry resigned from SAHP, all his memories with his brother came back, and he wanted to make him proud. Due to this Harry decided to join a criminal faction and show that he still had the criminal skills in him. He joined Bloods street gang and spent many months there advancing his skills of being a criminal. Unfortunately during one of their store robberies Harry was caught and sent to be questioned by the FIB. Harry was greeted by one of his ex employee's in the room and was persuaded into joining back the the force of police. Since then, his friend was within the FIB and had left SAHP, with Harrys interests to see what the FIB was like, he applied and cleared his record using by paying another corrupt friend that was already apart of FIB who was giving information to the Bloods street gang. Harry fortunately got into the FIB and spent his time working along side his friends however on the back of his mind he still wants to do criminal activities and be corrupt.
Outcomes:
1.Harry can destroy devices like bodycam and radios and can find hidden ones with ( /try 2 times per situation ) and /do Commands.
2.Harry can take bribes up to ( 100K and Guns ) To help people escape.
3.Harry can do criminal activities. For example, go to the ghetto and ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use any type of illegal items and weapons. ( no ORG gears included )
4.Harry can take contracts or start random prison breaks. ( with Darknet task or using USB 1 time daily )
5.Harry can torture/interrogate for information or use truth serum to get true information ( using the /try command twice per situation)
6.Harry can lie about the request of a lawyer and not show his ID to any suspect.
7.Harry can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
8.Harry can remove previous reasons for being arrested to get rid of any evidence of Harrys 10-15 being arrested.
9.Harry can break IC Laws and able to use his position in FIB.
10. Harry can add or remove people in wanted list, and also he can give fines and arrest someone for fake charges IF he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
