I taped his mouth and asked the other officer to remove once his term ends.

Also, the prisoner's hands were free, he can remove it, it's just a tape.

Taping someone’s mouth shut is completely against the rules too. It’s no different than muting someone to avoid the RP situation which is 6.2. In the middle of RP, you can’t mute someone or in this case, “tape them” simply because you want them to be quiet. This could also be seen as Force RP. I got punished for this once too

It’s not about it being corruption by the way that’s definitely a rule break. You’re in the middle of RP you can’t use /try to “tape” someone to make them be quiet when you are the one arresting him.

Putting tape is not considered as Corruption, And will also not considered as Fail RP as you keep on saying easy gov which is not liked by them.

Not not seen any provoking​
