1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
- The administrative duties of Grand RP, such as overseeing player interactions, upholding regulations, and making sure that every player has a fun and equitable experience, are what really piques my interest. I would adore this kind of work, and I also want control and influence so that I can help anyone if they need it. As an administrator, I will be able to greatly influence the server's events, rules, and general direction. I like to mention too that I have been in a lot of criminal and state organizations a lot so had a great time over there now I look to take look at things differently and more broadly. This control can be appealing for me and I would love to influence the game more broadly beyond their character by helping them to engage more in the game and to enjoy it.

I have had multiple positions in state, crime, and unofficial.

3. What are your strengths?
Adaptability—I can adapt to any situation and environment. Being an extrovert helps me a lot to connect with people.
Team Collaboration- I love to work in a team and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Communication- I can communicate with people easily and get to know them by listening them very carefully
Patience- I have the patience to work with everyone and listen to everyone's opinion.

5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I can encourage and motivate others while listening to and taking into account different points of view, and by being patient, I can foster a positive link between everyone through communication skills and understanding them. I would want to introduce my ability to effectively resolve conflicts between parties and handle differences in a constructive manner because of my communication skills.
