1- I gained lot of experience in the server in pretty decent time also i have the leadership quality as well . I have conversation skill too.


2- I also solve the bonus problem, I saw many people don't give bonus to their gang members which is bad they deserve a pretty good bonus .

- I want to teach players about gang and more and i will give attention towards the aim and shooting skills of the members of my gang , also iam in a family so they will help me out as well as maintain the organisation in my absence

- my advice is all the high command and member should know the rules of the server the high command should know how to attract people in the organisation , activity plays a very important role to the
advertisement of organisation .
