As seen in POV i was just stood outside the Fort Zancudo watching what was happening inside when an NG member started pointing a gun at me. I then showed him my middle finger and he then shoots me dead with no demands. So that is G.R. 6.15 plus he is a public servant who just shot a civilian for no reason at all making it also G.R. 6.4

There was a NG raid situation which was about to start ...and i warned him shooting arround not at him and he showed me middle finger ...

Do you know how cops are supposed to act? They order people to leave, and if they fail to comply, then you can arrest him for the offense.

So what if he’s a gang member? Last I checked there isn’t death row in the city, and “death by 5.56 to the brain” isn’t a punishment for a crime here. He wasn’t inside FZ, nor did he have a gun in his hand which would at least explain if not condone your actions.

No, instead you saw someone standing around and decided to gun them down.
