At timestamp 0:57, an officer suggests uncuffing the suspect and doing CL to avoid leaving the Ghetto by car or foot, with a gang member reacting "Oh my God" at timestamp 0:58. This was likely overheard by the officers who then intentionally logged out committing CL. At timestamp 1:03, officer ID 163362 uncuffs a suspect with illegal guns, allowing the suspect to escape violating General Rule 6.2. It’s clear that IDs 177759 and 172039 witnessed the corrupt actions of officer ID 163362. By not intervening, they effectively encouraged the corruption thus violating GR 6.4 as well. At timestamp 1:14, both officers, ID 177759 and ID 172039, can be seen committing CL. This POV shows 3 individuals breaking rules resulting in mass rule breaking. Please would also like to request ID 163362 to give the POV as she had the suspect and if she fails to do so then its violation of SR 5.6.
Lol, This Newbie Thinking if he types a big paragraph Forum gonna be accepted 🀣

Firstly THIRD PARTY POV as the "CORRUPTION" he is mentioning did not happen with him and as you can see in this forum Rejected - GR 6.4 + PG | 144238 Pina Reapers has clearly stated that it must happen with you if you wish to open forum, and even if you do not consider this part there are IC laws which do allow you to release the suspect such as in-case of Lack of Evidence which means maybe the officer did not have a valid bodycam or
Criminal code: 1.7 Principle of Commutation.
1.7.1 The Principle of Commutation is a reduction or substitution of the final sentence with a lesser
sentence, fine or other punishment.
OR
Criminal code: 1.10 Principles of a State Witness.
1.10.1 A participant in a crime or criminal activity may, in addition to their cooperation, provide
evidence of criminal activity in exchange for exemption from prosecution or commutation of final
sentence.
These Legal Principals do not count as Corruption as they give the LEO grounds to release the suspect which is totally allowed.
And now about the CL you did not start any rp situation there so they can log out as there is no Rp and even if they did CL you ever not part of the situation so the 10-15 has to make a forum for it as he is the only person involved.

The principle of commutation, generally speaking, involves reducing the severity of a punishment, not necessarily releasing a suspect outright, especially in cases involving serious crimes like illegal gun possession or shooting. In criminal law, commutation is typically applied post conviction as an act of mercy, often by reducing a sentence or converting a harsher penalty to a lesser one.
The 1.10.1 law you mentioned generally allows for the possibility of leniency based on the suspect's cooperation and provision of evidence. However, it does not automatically permit the release of a suspect from custody in a situation involving immediate danger, like an active crime scene with a heavy shootout, especially if the suspect is found in possession of illegal items.
In the thread you referenced above, the suspect was released under different circumstances outside of the Ghetto, unarmed, and not in the aftermath of a severe shootout involving gang members wearing similar clothing. This case is far more serious, and simply allowing the suspect to leave the scene cannot be justified under Law 1.7.1.
Lastly, please refer to forum rule 8, IC laws are irrelevant here as we're discussing an OOC corruption rule violation, which IC laws cannot override.
