Taking advantage of the situation and make sudden rise in price from $10 to $3000, $5000, $6000. He scammed me more than 1 time.

Whole Situation- I was checking the shop in the beach market then i suddenly saw someone is selling Threads in $10 each. Then i also started purchasing as fast as i can but suddenly he started keeping price $10 to $3000, $5000, $6000. to scam. He scammed to do this scam many times

Scamming is Scamming. First he Scammed and when i asked for money back then he told me why do i purchased. I gave him a chance but he refused to give money back.
