2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
• The first time I reached five years in the city, I began my career with the LSPD. That was my first day as an officer, and I quickly formed strong relationships with my Leaders. I aspired to become Chief of Police one day, driven by the connections and guidance I received. Now, I aim to build the same kind of supportive relationships with new recruits who, like me, are passionate about starting their careers in law enforcement.
• With a highly experienced team, I am dedicated to making the LSPD the most professional organization in the state. I plan to restore the LSPD to the level of excellence it once held. Alongside my seasoned Deputy Chief of Police, Chiefs of Staff, and High Command team, I am committed to exceeding expectations and delivering the highest standards of service. Together, we will ensure that Los Santos and its citizens are protected around the clock.
• I have been part of state organizations for a considerable amount of time, allowing me to gain extensive RP experience. Over the years, I’ve also had the privilege of mentoring others in effective and respectful roleplay, helping them understand how to meet the standards set by admins and curators. Moving forward, I am committed to ensuring that everyone is equipped with the skills to communicate effectively and engage in proper roleplay, fostering a positive and immersive experience for all.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1) I am committed to ensuring that my Deputy Chief of Police, Chiefs of Staff, and High Command team are more active and engaged than in any previous term. I will also work to foster a culture of mutual respect and cooperation among them, minimizing conflicts so that the LSPD continues to be a respected and honorable organization within the state.
2) I will collaborate closely with my skilled Human Resources team to ensure that new cadets are treated fairly and receive comprehensive training, preparing them to become exemplary officers within the department.
3) I will work to build and maintain positive, respectful relationships with all organizations across the state. I am committed to open communication and will address any misunderstandings between our employees and those of other agencies in a constructive manner.
