Dear Mazhor,
I want to make a formal request to lift the hold on my account Mehmet Sanchez | 46737. I was banned by Grand RP04 DE IP on January 22, 2024, at noon due to Anticheat#934.
I would like to sincerely apologize for violating the guidelines/rules without knowing what I did wrong, but if I did something wrong, then I am sorry from the bottom of my heart because I like this game very much and I want to continue to participate in the community.
During my ban, I used the time to reflect on my behavior and understand how my actions could harm other users and the sense of community. I assure you that in the future I will respect the rules and behave accordingly.
I would be very happy if I can play on the server "DE04" again and have fun with friends. I've been missing the server for a very long time and want to be back on it very soon.
