Hello Sir,
I have been banned from EN 2 for 7 days for breaking the GR 3.1, I don't know the exact reason why I have been banned and I am really sorry if I did some mistake which I may have done unknowingly. I am a new player and I don't know much about the rules so it would be great if you could reduce my punishment. I would go through all the rules and follow them accordingly from now on.
Once again I apologize for my mistake and I'll make sure that any kind of trouble won't be there from my side from now on.
